We provide a wide variety of menus - find the one best suited to your event and budget. All buffet style menus are served with the highest quality buffeting equipment and silverware.

GENERAL COST STRUCTURE

Basic Venue Hire Rates

R 11500 Saturday
R 9200 Friday, day before public holidays
R 7000 Monday to Thursday
R 4600 Sunday

Venue hire includes the following:

• Exclusive use of venue from 16:00 until 24:00 unless otherwise agreed
• All tables and chairs
• Cutlery, Crockery and Glassware (all high end exclusive items)
• Linen and napkins
• Selection of Centerpieces
• Underplates
• Table numbers
• Easel for displaying seating plan
• Exclusive use of the Bride’s Room
• Cleaning Staff
• Event coordinator
• On-site technician

Venue hire excludes the following:

• Use of in-house high- end audiovisual equipment with technical assistance, R2000
• In house DJ, R3500 and subject to availability
• Waiters: 12% gratuity levied on the food and beverages
• Outside Caterer surcharge R 9200 or R95 per person whichever is the greater


How to calculate the estimated cost of your event:

1. Select your date!

Say you are hosting a birthday party. Saturday might be the most convenient option but Friday rates are more favourable. Let’s settle on Friday. Venue cost is R9200.00

2. Select your catering.

Say you want a semi formal event with seated dinner with speeches and slide shows then party the night away. Menu A buffet menu is an unfussy affordable option at R175pp.

3. You will want to party

so you will need sound, lighting and DJ equipment and a DJ who rocks the crowd. That is R2000+ R2000 but you have the option to bring your own DJ.

4. You will need waiters

to set the venue up for you, greet your guests, help them with drinks, serve food, clear plates, clear glasses, tidy up after the event. We levy 12% gratuity on the food and beverages which goes to them.

So all together a party for 60 guests will look like this:

R 9200 Venue cost Friday!
R 10500 Catering Buffet menu A @ R175 for 60 pax
R 2000 Sound, lighting and DJ equipment
R 3500 DJ
R 1050 Gratuity on food @ 12%

Total R 26,250

An example how to us this calculation:

Afternoon/evening wedding for 112 guests:

First you have to select your menu (refer to our buffet and banquet menus.
The all in one packages have been designed around buffet menus but it can be substituted with similarly priced plated (banquet) menus. If there is a slight price difference between the two menus! The final amount will be adjusted upwards or downwards with the price difference per person times the number of guests.

All-in -one package for 100 guests with menu B : R37900.00
Additional catering for 12 guests @ R225pp R 2700.00
Gratuity @ 12%for item over and above all-in-one pack. R 270

Total cost for 112 guests R40920.00
