We are flexible enough to cater for your conferences from as few as 20 guests to as many as 200 attendees in cinema or banquet style. To help you to plan we have created a few basic packages, but we can tailor-make one for you!

Full day regular package:

  • (Minimum) 20 - 49 persons for R400 per person
  • 31 - 50 persons for R370 per person
  • 51 - 75 persons for R345 per person
  • 76 - 100 persons for R330 per person
  • 101 persons and above for R300 per person

Regular package includes:

  • Exclusive use of venue
  • Use of in-house high end audiovisual equipment
  • Technical assistance
  • Morning Coffee, Juice and Cookies
  • Midmorning coffee break
  • Hot lunch buffet
  • Afternoon coffee and snack
  • Notebook, pen and a bottle water

A full bar is available after the event or during should you wish.

Half day package:

20-30 persons for R350 per person
31-50 persons for R310 per person
51-75 persons for R290 per person
76-100 persons for R265 per person
100 persons and above for R250 per person

Breakfast

Breakfast sessions from 8-11:30 with full hot and cold breakfast buffet:
R250pp for minimum of 35 guests.
